The African Business Awards
Established in 2008, the annual Awards gala attracts every year more than 500 policy makers, business leaders, captains of industry and key decision makers. Co-organised with our partners, the Commonwealth Business Council, this event takes place during the Africa Business Forum in London, and is attended by several African Ministers and selected Heads of State.

The African Banker Awards
Since its inception in 2007, our annual banking awards ceremony attracts over 350 international financiers and investors including Central Bank Governors and Finance Ministers. The event takes place every year during the AfDB annual meeting.

Building Restorative International Justice: The ICC Of The Future
Bringing together some of the most knowledgeable and experienced experts from the fields of law, academia and civil society, this one-day forum analysed the effectiveness of the highly controversial International Criminal Court as it approached its tenth anniversary.
The Africa Debt Capital Markets Summit
Our forums, in July 2012 and June 2010, were attended by over 300 industry specialists and Ministers of Finance, and aimed at uncovering the various opportunities in the debt markets in Africa. Both events were organised in partnership with Springwood Capital and the London Stock Exchange.
COMESA Investment Forum
IC Events has organised two investment forums, each attended by over 1300 international business and government leaders. The inaugural event was organised in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt in April 2010, while the second event was held in Dubai in March 2011. Delegates from all over the world came together for this high-level event aimed at informing participants about investment opportunities in Africa in general and the COMESA region in particular.
Africa and South East Asia Business Forum
This business forum was attended by 250 top business and government leaders to discuss investment opportunities in Africa. The event took place in April 2010 in Singapore. It was jointly organised with the ANG Group and IC Events acted as a commercial partner.
The ATM Security Forum
A forum of ATM fraud and security in Nigeria that attracted 100 banking professionals from Nigeria and around the world. Endorsed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, it took place in March 2010 in Lagos.
SkillsInvest Forum
A forum on education to tackle the skills mismatch in the Arab World, organized by IC Events in collaboration with a number of leading pan-Arab educational bodies and Dubai Knowledge Village as part of Sheikh Al Maktoum’s drive to promote education in the Arab world.
African Development Bank Business Breakfast Meeting
This event was attended by 150 business leaders and took place in conjunction with the African Development Bank during the World Economic Forum 2010 in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
